Puppy Love Package
Begins with short, gentle visits to the grooming salon, allowing your furry friend to explore the environment and meet the staff. We gradually increase the duration of these visits, incorporating table and bath training, and introducing all the elements that make up a grooming session in a positive way.
We promote trust and cooperation using positive reinforcement techniques, such as treats and praise, whilst carefully observing your pup for signs of anxiety and fatigue.
This process is essential to ensure that when it is time for a full grooming session, your puppy will feel comfortable and confident, making the experience enjoyable for all.
Full Grooms include:
Kennel trims - a short trim suitable for most pets that requires little home maintenance. Involves extensive clipper work

Teddybear trims- slightly longer with rounded legs, requires 4-6 weekly salon visits and additional at-home maintenance to keep the coat knot-free. Involves clipping but more detailed scissoring of legs and head.

Breed standard trims - specialized depending on your dog's breed, examples include:- Westie, Schnauzer, Poodle, Cocker Spaniel, Water dogs, Bichons,
Deshedding grooms - specifically for double-coated breeds such as Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, Labradors, and Huskies.

Hand Stripping - for silky and wire-coated breeds, including Spaniels and Terriers
We use fingers and specific stripping tools to rid the coat of dead undercoat and guard hairs. This process takes longer than clipping and scissoring alone but does maintain the correct coat texture and colour.
