I work with a small team of groomers from my groom room situated to the rear of my property in which I have a canine hydrobath and modern professional grooming equipment.

My business is fully insured, a Pet Industry Federation member and I am also pet first aid trained.

I am committed to continuing education and improving my skills and attend seminars and workshops regularly. 

 

The welfare of your pet is of paramount importance and I pride myself in turning out well groomed and happy dogs. For this reason although I try to work as quickly and efficiently as possible I can only ever give an estimate of the time it will take me to complete a groom as this is very much dependent on the length and condition of your pet's coat, your grooming requirements and most importantly your pets tolerance of the procedure.

The majority of grooms take between 2 and 4 hours but  needless to say a coat that is regularly maintained and tangle free is much easier and quicker to groom than one which is neglected and matted.  I do offer water, treats and toilet opportunities and stop for breaks if your pet is showing signs of stress or fatigue.

I do not use holding cages but can keep anxious animals or those that need their own space separate from each other.
